• preparation of Client for tax and fiscal controls and representation of Client during such proceedings;
• preparation of application for tax overpayments;
• representing Clients during tax proceedings and monitoring cases;
• preparation of appeals to the Tax Chamber and the District Administrative Court (WSA) and the Supreme Administrative Court (NSA);
• preparation of applications for relief in payment of tax liabilities, including applications for deferral of tax payments and payment in installments.
