Corporate Secretarial Services/Fiduciary and Domiciliary Services

If a more detailed analysis of the legal issues is required, we co-operate with our clients’ in-house lawyers or use an external law firm recommended by us. For investors who do not intend to be present in Poland permanently or to hire local staff, we provide Fiduciary and Domiciliary services. We are able to provide clients with qualified companies’ representatives, experienced attorneys, members of Management Boards and Supervisory Boards. We also provide our clients with a registered office address and mail service.

Moreover, we provide:

• maintenance of share registers;
• update of the data in Companies Court Registers;
• organization of Meetings of Shareholders;
• financial reporting services and services related to year-closing and adopting of relevant resolutions of the Management Board and Shareholders Meetings.
